Silent Disco for corporate events

Every participant who wants to listen to the music needs a headphone. SILENT's minimum order is 40 headphones for 4 hours, from 12,000 UAH. The base set includes delivery, setup, support and pickup. Extra headphones, hours and options affect the cost. The calculator will help you work out a budget for your team in advance.

Not everyone likes being the centre of attention, and that is not a problem. At a Silent Disco nobody has to go on stage or take part in contests. You can listen to the music first, watch colleagues, switch channels or join the dancing when the mood comes. And if you want to talk, the headphones are easy to take off.

The format suits offices, restaurants, lofts, country complexes and open-air venues. You need space for guests and dancing, and access to power. About 30 minutes before the start are needed for setup and a signal check. We bring the equipment and take it away after the event. For open-air events, rain protection or a backup location should be agreed in advance.

Our representative hands out and collects the headphones at one point at the entrance, so control on site is with us, and spare headphones come in the set as replacements. But the client is responsible for loss or damage caused by guests, regardless of which colleague caused it. The full agreed cost of the unit is compensated, not just the repair: this kind of equipment is hard to replace quickly in Ukraine. The terms are set out in the agreement before your order.

We recommend sending a request in advance, especially before the New Year season and for popular dates. The date is secured after the prepayment. You can move the date free of charge if you let us know at least 21 days ahead and the new date is free. Cancellation: with 14+ days' notice we return the whole prepayment, with 7–13 days half of it, and with less than 7 days it is not returned.

People's safety always comes before continuing the event. If an accessible shelter is nearby and moving is allowed and safe, compact equipment can make it easier to move the audio format to another room. The specific scenario depends on the location, local rules and circumstances. The organiser is responsible for the overall safety of the event, and a SILENT representative may stop the equipment if there is a threat.

Payment follows the terms agreed with SILENT. Under the current scheme a 50% prepayment secures the date and the other 50% is paid before the event. The main way to pay is a bank transfer to the SILENT account by IBAN details. The agreement and order confirmation can be agreed electronically, by message or in a messenger, without meeting in person.

A DJ is not required. We prepare three playlists in advance, and guests switch between channels on their own. If you want a live DJ set, mention it in your request and we will discuss that option separately. The client is responsible for the lawful use of music at their event, unless agreed otherwise.

Yes, the format can be organised in an office, restaurant, loft or another suitable location. Three music channels let guests choose their own music, and let the organiser offer the team an unusual way to celebrate. For popular dates it is better to send a request in advance, because equipment availability is limited.
