A Silent Disco, or silent disco, is a party where guests listen to the music in wireless headphones instead of speakers. Each headphone has three channels with different playlists: they switch with one touch, and the color of the glow shows the chosen one. Everyone who wants to listen needs a headphone set, and the minimum SILENT set (40 headphones for 4 hours) costs from 12,000 UAH with delivery, installation, support and removal. Extra headphones and hours are added to the amount, and the calculator below shows an estimate for your event right away. We confirm the final cost after clarifying the details.

Almost anywhere: at home, in a courtyard, on a terrace, in a café, a banquet hall or on a rooftop. From you, a place to dance and a socket nearby; we bring and take away everything else ourselves, and we need about 30 minutes before the start to set up. There are no speakers, so volume is usually not an issue with the venue or neighbours. SILENT works in Kyiv and travels across Ukraine. Not necessarily. We prepare three playlists in advance for the format and the mood of the evening, and guests choose the channel themselves. If you want a live DJ set and a mix the DJ plays during the party, that option can be discussed separately.

Yes. To talk, put the headphones around your neck: the music stops playing for you, and the voices nearby sound ordinary. Then the headphones are easy to put back on, and the dancing continues. If you need to greet or announce something to everyone at once, we will pause the music or lower the volume if needed, and the message will sound through the microphone right in every guest's headphones. For people without headphones the music does not play, so the party does not disturb those around.

Yes, the format can be adapted to different events. At a wedding it brings together guests with different musical tastes, at a company party it adds an unusual scenario for the evening, at a birthday it keeps friends on one dance floor, and at a children's party it lets kids choose the channel themselves. We agree the music selections, the amount of equipment and the specifics of the event in advance.

The service includes the headphone set, delivery, installation, setup and support, as well as takedown and removal of the equipment. For the minimum set (40 headphones for 4 hours) this starts from 12,000 UAH, and we confirm the contents of the order and any extra options during the calculation.

Our equipment is limited, so popular dates are taken in advance, especially in high season. The date is secured after the prepayment. The earlier you leave a request, the better the chance that your date is free.

The main way to pay is a bank transfer to the SILENT account by IBAN details: a 50% prepayment books the date and the other 50% is paid before the event. The date can be moved free of charge if you tell us at least 21 days ahead and the new date is free. Cancellation: 14+ days ahead we return the whole prepayment, 7–13 days ahead half of it, and less than 7 days ahead it is not returned.

The client is responsible for the lawful use of music at their event. We are responsible for the technical playback of the sound, not for the rights to the content itself, unless agreed otherwise.
