Yes. The headphones have three music channels, so guests can choose music according to their own tastes. Some will dance to modern hits, some to familiar songs, and some will switch depending on their mood. We agree the playlists and how well they fit your event in advance.

The minimum order is 40 headphones for 4 hours, from 12,000 UAH including delivery, setup, support and pickup. The number you need depends on the number of guests and how many people plan to listen at the same time. Tell us about your wedding and we will help you work out the right set.

Yes, the format can be organised in a restaurant, a country complex, a yard or on a terrace, if the location is suitable for installing the equipment. You usually need space for dancing and access to power. Allow time before the event for setup and a system check, about 30 minutes. For an open-air location it is also worth planning for rain. We agree the conditions with the venue.

Not necessarily. We prepare three music channels in advance, and guests choose what to listen to themselves. If live music or a specific DJ matters to you, mention it in your request and we will discuss that option separately.

When planning, you need to take into account current safety requirements, the curfew, the venue's rules and any restrictions in force on the date of the event. Silent Disco does not cancel these requirements. Agree in advance with the venue what to do in case of an air-raid alert and where the shelter is. To talk with other guests, it is enough to take the headphones off or lower them around the neck, and when you want to return to the music, you can put them back on. For speeches and toasts we will pause the music or lower the volume if needed, and the words will sound through the microphone right in every guest's headphones. So dancing and live conversation combine easily throughout the evening.

We recommend sending a request as early as possible, especially if the wedding is planned for a popular date or the height of the season. Our equipment is limited, and the date is secured after the prepayment. First we will check whether your date is free.

The main way to pay is a bank transfer to the SILENT account by IBAN details. A 50% prepayment books the date and the other 50% is paid before the event. You can move the date free of charge if you let us know at least 21 days ahead and the new date is free. Cancellation: with 14+ days' notice we return the whole prepayment, with 7–13 days half of it, and with less than 7 days it is not returned.

The client is responsible for the lawful use of music at their event. We are responsible for the technical playback of the sound, not for the rights to the content itself, unless agreed otherwise.

If circumstances arise that make the event impossible, we will review the situation according to the agreed terms and try to find a solution. First we look for a new date. You can move the date free of charge if you let us know at least 21 days ahead and the new date is free. How payments are settled depends on the specific circumstances and the contract.
